Here is the procedure for manual genome annotation (only for prokaryotic CDS).

Operating procedure

1. Load the genome base sequence into the main current directory.
   
   • If the genome base sequence consists of many contig sequence files, please refer here.
2. Extract ORF candidates and register them as new features.
3. Translate the ORF candidate into amino acid and change it to CDS feature.
4. Perform batch homology search.
