Edit the primer you want to add a tag to.

Operation

1. Click the “Primer Registration” button.
2. The “Primer List” Window is displayed.
3. Add a check to the primer you want to edit and click the "Edit" button.
4. The “Primer Registration” Dialog will be displayed.
5. Enter the base directly into the 5 'end of the “Primer Sequence” in lower case and click the “Save” button.
6. The edited primer is saved.
