Edit the primer where you want to insert the mutation.

Operation

1. Click the “Primer Registration” button.
2. The “Primer List” Window is displayed.
3. Add a check to the primer you want to edit and click the "Edit" button.
4. The “Primer Registration” Dialog will be displayed.
5. Enter the base directly in any position in the “Primer Sequence” in lowercase and click the “Save” button.
6. The edited primer is saved.
