A frame lane is a lane that displays an area (stop codon absent area) where stop codon and stop codon do not exist consecutively for each frame.

A stop codon indicates a codon registered as a stop codon in the selected Genetic Code table.

The frame lane is synchronized with the feature lane at the scale.

For the display color of the stop codon absence region of the frame lane, the setting color of the sequence lane is applied.

To change the display color, change the setting of the sequence lane.
