IMC W521B DotPlot Result Dialog Items Explained

Describe each item on the DotPlot result dialog.

This dialog is displayed when DotPlot execution is completed.

At the top of the dialog, the display setting button tool is arranged.

Maximum Number of Dots on the Plot Input Field: This input field counts from the one with the highest degree of matching and displays only the number of dots specified here on the Plot face.

If you increase the number, execution time will be required.

If you change this number, click the Draw button on the right side to update the plot.

Show Memory Line check box: When checked, displays the grid on the plot face. The grid interval is set automatically.

FK button: This button displays the feature on the XY axis. Clicking on the left button toggles display / non-display by toggle.

By clicking the right mouse button you can select the feature key to display.

Feature shape and color etc. are based on Feature Setting -> Feature Map setting.

Horizontal Zoom-In button: Click this once, the plot will fix the Y axis and zoom in.

Horizontal Zoom-Out button: Click this once, the plot will fix the Y axis and zoom out.

Vertical Zoom-In button: Click this once to fix the X axis and the plot will zoom in.

Vertical Zoom-Out button: Click this once, the plot will fix the X axis and zoom out.

Maintain aspect ratio Zoom-In button: Click this once, the plot will fix the origin and zoom in.

Maintain aspect ratio Zoom-Out button: Click this once, the plot will fix the origin and zoom out.

Return button: Click this to return the plot to the initial display in the initial state.

Left Shift button: Clicking this once moves the plot horizontally to the left.

Right Shipt button: Click this once to move the plot horizontally to the right.

Down Shift button: Click this once to move the plot downwards.

Up Shift button: Click this once to move the plot upwards.

Color Setting button: Click to display the DotPlot Color Setting dialog box.

Navigation button: Click to display the navigation controller.

In the state where DotPlot is zoomed in, the rectangular area of ​​a part of the screen of this navigation controller corresponds to the display area of ​​DotPlot.

By dragging this area with the mouse, you can move the display area.

DotPlot canvas: A dot plot is drawn in this area.

The current main genome sequence corresponds to the X axis and the current reference genome sequence selected to the Y axis corresponds.

Annotation features of each genome sequence can be displayed on the X axis and Y axis.

DotPlot Specify a rectangle by dragging the mouse at an arbitrary position on the canvas, and when you release the mouse, the plot is zoomed in to correspond to the rectangular area.

DotPlot When you position the mouse at any position on the canvas, the coordinates (in bp) of that position are displayed.

If you hover over the displayed feature on the X and Y axes, the Qualifier value for that feature is displayed as a tool tip.

Each dot of DotPlot is displayed in a fill color that matches the specified condition in advance.

At the bottom of the dialog, tool buttons for printing and outputting image files are arranged.

Page Setup: Make settings for printing.

You can not select a printer, the default printer will be used.

If you want to change the printer, you need to change the default printer in the system.

Print button: Prints on the default printer.

PDF ...: Outputs DotPlot in PDF format. It can be used with Adobe Illustrator and others.

PNG ...: DotPlot is output as a file in PNG format. It can be used in general.

EMF ...: DotPlot is output as a file in EMF format. It can be used with PowerPointn and others.

CSV ...: Outputs DotPlot data in CSV format. Detailed information on each segment can be obtained.

Close button: Click to close the DotPlot result dialog.
