IMC cannot be started with the error "Repair a damaged Personal Folders option.dat file. There might be data lost by this processing".

For Windows

1. Rename or delete the file called option.dat under C: \ users \ users \ imc_xx \ data.
2. Where xx is one of se, ge, ae, ds.
3. Launch IMC.
4. If it does not start, change imc_xx to a different name or delete the entire folder.
5. Launch IMC.

For MacOSX

1. Rename or delete the file option.dat in users / users / imc_xx / data to a different name.
2. Launch IMC.
3. Where xx is one of se, ge, ae, ds.
4. If it does not start, change imc_xx to a different name or delete the entire folder.
