The rendered circular genome map can be printed directly on the default printer.

Also, it can be output as a file in PDF, PNG, EMF image format.

The page setting can be changed.

Change page setting:

If you want to change the page setting click the Page Setup button

The page setting Dialog is displayed, you can change the size and orientation of the page

You can change the paper size, paper feed method, printing orientation, margins, and so on.

How to print on a printer

1. Click Print.
2. A print confirmation message will be displayed.
3. Click Yes (Y).
4. A circular genome map will be printed on the default printer.
5. The default printer designation uses OS (Mac / Win) functions.
6. If you want to print to a different printer, leave the printer as the default printer by operating the OS in advance

How to save as a PDF file

1. Click the PDF button.
2. The Save PDF File dialog will be displayed.
3. Specify the directory and file name to save and click the Save button.
4. The circular genome map is saved as a PDF file with the specified file name.
5. Vector editing is possible for PDF files with Adobe Illustrator and others.

How to save as a PNG file

1. Click the PNG button.
2. The Save PNG File dialog is displayed.
3. Specify the directory and file name to save and click the Save button.
4. The circular genome map is saved as a PNG file with the specified file name.

How to save as an EMF file

1. Click the EMF button.
2. The Save EMF File dialog is displayed. Specify the directory and file name to save and click the Save button.
3. The circular genome map is saved as an EMF file with the specified file name.
4. Vector editing is available for EMF files with MS PowerPoint and others.
