Multiple alignment viewer can be launched from the homology search result dialog.

Operation

1. As a result of executing the homology search, the Homology Search result display dialog box is displayed.

3. Select multiple rows to be aligned (multiple selections possible).
4. To select all, click the Select All button.
5. 
6. Click the Multiple Alignment ... button.
7. A confirmation message will be displayed.
8. 
9. Click "Yes (Y)".
10. The Multiple Alingment viewer launches and the multiple alignment of the selected hit subject sequences is displayed.
