If you start IMC without inserting the dongle, a dialog for license confirmation will be displayed.

When you click "Request Dongle License Update", the dongle update software ”Secur Update Utility” is started and you can update the dongle.

However, this startup may be blocked and result in an error.

In this case, you can launch ”Secure Update Utility” directly.

”Secure Update Utility”” is usually installed in the following directory.

c: \ Program Files (x86) \ isb \ imc \ Secure Update Utility \ SecureUpdateUtility.exe Double-click this file to launch it directly.

If error 740 occurs, right-click on the file and select "Run as administrator" to start.
