Phenomenon

• On Windows 10, when I try to change the memory size (Memory Setting) from the start menu, I get the error "Access is denied".

Workaround

1. Right-click the command prompt and select "Run as administrator".
2. At a command prompt, change to the following directory:
3. > cd c: \ program files (x86) \ isb \ imc \ bin
4. Execute the following command
5. > mem.vbs
6. The memory size setting dialog is displayed.
7. Enter the implemented memory size and click Settings.
