Phenomenon
- On Windows 10, when I try to change the memory size (Memory Setting) from the start menu, I get the error "Access is denied".

Workaround
- Right-click the command prompt and select "Run as administrator".
 - At a command prompt, change to the following directory:
 - > cd c: \ program files (x86) \ isb \ imc \ bin
 - Execute the following command
 - > mem.vbs
 - The memory size setting dialog is displayed.
 - Enter the implemented memory size and click Settings.
