Situation

• There is enough physical memory in the PC being used, and although there is free space, Java memory becomes insufficient.

Cause

• It may be using Windows 32 bit Java. In 32-bit Java, only Java memory of about 1.5 GB maximum can be allocated.

Solution

• Install Windows 64bit Java.
