Symptom: When you try to perform a homology search, the error message "Please set up NCBI blast path" appears and you cannot perform it.

Cause: There is no path setting for NCBI Blast. (Command path automatic setting error during installation)

Solution: Open Menu -> SETTINGS -> Command Setting.. and in the NCBI blast path field on the Command Tab.

On Windows, set the following,

C:\Program Files\NCBI\blast-2.6.0+\bin

On Mac OS, set the following,

Applications /ncbi/blast-2.6.0+/bin

Click Apply.
