On the Circular Genome Map dialog you can change the design of the map by applying another registered circular genome layout style.

Operation

1. The circular genome map of one genome is displayed in the Circular Genome Map dialog.

3. Click the Circular Genome Layout Style pull-down menu.
4. The registered circular genome map layout style menu is displayed.
5. 
6. Select one layout style.
7. Click "Set".
8. The list of Circular Lane changes to the list of selected designs.
9. 
10. Click "Draw".
11. Drawing is started and a progress message is displayed during execution.

13. When finished, it will be displayed with the selected layout style.
