The drawing start position of the circular genome map viewer can be changed to an arbitrary position.

Operation

Changing the starting position of the map.

The circular genome map is usually drawn from the position of the 12 o'clock position of the first base of the genome.

To change the base number of the genome to be displayed at the 12 o'clock position, operate as follows.

Enter the base number to be displayed at 12 o'clock of the display target genome directly in the "Start" text field.

Click the "Show" button.

The map is redrawn from the changed base number.
