How to operate simulation of multiple RE fragments (more than 5 ) ligation.

Prepare more than five digestion fragments digested by different Enzymes.
Load these fragments into one of folders on Main Tree.
Make this folder as the current folder.
Select  Cloning > Ligation -> Integrated Ligation from the main menu.
"LIgation Workbench (Workspace )" is open.
Click "Simulate Ligation" button on the panel of left center.
