Please reduce process time of GT's short reads mapping!

GT's short reads mapping process time is rather longer than other software like BWA. Is it possible to shorten the mapping time?

Our mapping methods are based on the Blast algorithm, so it depends on the blast speed.
However, we will try to reduce the mapping time with considering possible improvements.
