Bug in Cloning Workbench / Simulate Ligation and Ligate

Location: Cloning → Cloning Workbench → Simulate Ligation / Ligate

Issue SummaryDuring Simulate Ligation and Ligate processing, reversed fragments are incorrectly ligated. Specifically, the 3' end of a reversed fragment is being connected to a fragment that should not be ligated at that position. Additionally, the graphical representation of the ligation site is sometimes displayed only on one strand, or shows a non‑complementary ligation state.
Root CauseLogic mistake in the ligation logic and graphical rendering of reversed fragments.
Planned FixThe issue will be corrected in the next release: IMC 9.1.01.
