IMC Version 9.3.0: DNA Fragment Assembly Workbench

IMC Version 9.3.0 adds the DNA Fragment Assembly Workbench, a new tool for ligation simulation, graphical display of possible fragment combinations, GenBank export, and step-by-step manual construction via the Construction Canvas (this last part is still partly under development).
