Ecxelで、CDSフィーチャーのlocus_tagにある連番を付加し、それをIMCにインポートしたところCDSフィーチャーの数が２倍になってしまいました。対応策はありますか？

IMCのFeature Fusion機能が使えます。
Feature Fusion機能とは、同一フィーチャーキーが同一開始位置、同一終了位置をもつ場合、それらを１つのフィーチャーに縮約します。このとき、それぞれのQualifierはその一つのフィーチャーに取り込まれます。
