IMC i03A execute PCR
Run PCR using a Primer Set
Operation
- Click the "PCR" button.
- The registered primer list will be displayed.
- Select the primer set with mutations or tags to be used for PCR, and click the "Reaction" button.
- The "Priming Site" window will be displayed, and the number of priming sites for each primer will be displayed on the left.
- Make sure that the number of priming sites for each primer is 1, and check both.
- The actual priming sites will be displayed in the list on the right.
- Click on any line of the priming site.
- The feature map will jump to that position.
- Click the "Amplify" button.
- A confirmation message for "Start PCR" will be displayed.
- Click "yes(Y)".
- The "Amplify" list will be displayed. The PCR products are listed.
- Check them and click the "Load" button.
- The Directory Chooser will be displayed.
- Specify the directory to save the file and click "OK".
- The confirmation message "Completed!!" will be displayed.
- The icon of the PCR product will be displayed on the Main Tree.
- Click on the icon of the PCR product.
- The PCR product will be displayed on the feature map.
