IMC N01A2: about Genome Scale Model in Excel Format
| | |
Print | Hits: 338
IMC can load genome-scale models written in Excel Format.
Currently, Excel 97-2003 Book Format (*.xls) is supported.
We plan to support Excel Book Format (*.xlsx) soon.
Format specifications:
Create in Excel 97-2003 Book Format (*.xls).
It consists of three sheets, and the names of each sheet are rxns, mets, and comps.
A groups sheet will be added in the next version update. The groups sheet will be optional.
The first row of each sheet is used as a header.
rxns sheet
1st column: rxnID
2nd column: rxnName
3rd column: rxnFormula
4th column: rxnECNumber
mets sheet
1st column: metID
2nd column: metCompartment
3rd column: metName
comps sheet
1st column: compID
2nd column: compName
Category: Metabolomics / Genome Scale Model
