short ORF 抽出方法を教えてくれませんか？ 14 years 5 months ago #262

新規に300bp以下のORFを抽出する方法は以下のの通りです。

"Option Setting" --> "Feature Setting" --> "Genome Analysis" Tabを選択します。
Genome Analysisのオプション設定ダイアログが表示されます。
ORF Extraction Settingフィールドで、Short ORFに300を入力します。Long ORFとMiddle ORFにはそれより大きい塩基数をセット（例えば、Long ORF=1500, Middle ORF=600など）します。
Applyボタンをクリックし、設定を確定します。
"Genome Analysis" --> "ORF Extraction..."を選択します。
"Range Setting" ダイアログが表示されます。
ここで、同一領域により長いORFが存在する場合は、最長のORFのみを抽出対象に設定するため、"Only longest ORFs are extracted in case of overlapping ORFs" にチェックします。
"Set"ボタンをクリックします。確認メッセージにOKをクリックします。
ORF抽出結果ウィンドウが表示されます。
"Short" をチェックします。
右側のリストに300bp以下のORFが表示されます。

"Genome Analysis" --> "ORF Extraction..."選択までは「新規抽出」と同じです。
"Range Setting"ダイアログで、"Intergenic Region"にチェックし、Upstream basesとDownstream basesに適当な塩基数を設定し、"Set"ボタンをクリックします。
するとすでに存在する長いORFの間の領域だけからShort ORFを抽出します。
