akr-sp-1212728882 Topic Author Online Posts: 395	Previously, LGRM (Local Genome Rearrangement Map) issues two lists, one for unmatched nucleotide bases between two closely related genomes, another for amino acid mismatches between two. In the next IMC version 5.2.4, the two lists are unified into one list. Check this box to be notified of replies to this topic. Note: BBcode and smileys are still usable.
