あるゲノムの塩基配列の平均GC含量を算出（表示）する方法を教えてください。

GenomeAnalyis --> Statisticsを使用します。 14 years 2 months ago #368

  1. 対象のゲノム配列のGenBankファイルをIMCにLoadします。
  2. メニューからGenome Analysis --> Statisticsを選択します。
  3. ゲノム配列全体にわたる平均GC含量については、Total あるいはsourceにチェックします。すると右側にゲノム全体の平均GC(%)が表示されます。
  4. フィーチャー別の平均GC含量も表示することができます。
  5. CSVボタンをクリックするとチェックされたフィーチャーの情報がCSVファイルとして出力できます。
