　ＳＮＰｓをリストの形で取り出す際に、
　(i) そのＳＮＰｓが遺伝子ORF内か遺伝子間か？
　(ii) ORF内であれば、その遺伝子名
(iii) ORF内であれば、そのSNPsがサイレントなのかアミノ酸を変えるのか？どのアミノ酸を何に変えるのか？

これが、リストアップされれば、非常に有効なツールになると思います。
