454のDeNovoアセンブル結果のコンティグをIlluminaのPaired End配列でScaffoldingしました。

質問：連結されなかった454のコンティグリストは表示されるのでしょうか？

連結されなかった454のコンティグの単独のリストは出力されません。

しかし、連結されたScaffoldのリストに加えて、上記の連絡されなかったコンティグのリストを加えることができます。
