Does IMC provide a design tool to design tiling array probes spanning the whole genome sequences?

Replied by akr on topic This function is already implemented in IMCAE and GenomeTraveler.

Since the release of IMC Version 4.2.15, tiling array design function is implemented to automatically design all the probes in one genome sequence.
