GenomeTravelerの試用版をインストールして、氏名などを送信したが試用ライセンスが送られてこない。

Firewallなどでライセンス要求メッセージの送信がブロックされているようです。
現在、ブロックされない方法で試用ライセンス要求を送信できるよう改良中です。
それまでの間は、お手数ですが以下の方法で試用ライセンス要求お願いいたします。
試用版のインストールが終了すると、以下のフォルダーにuser.propertiesというファイルが生成されます。
Windowsの場合：c:\Program Files\isb\gtraveler\bin
Macの場合：Applications/gtraveler/bin
このuser.propertiesをメールに添付して、インシリコバイオロジー社にお送りください。
折り返し、試用ライセンスファイルをお送りいたします。

Due to the trouble of the blocked license request message that is generated in the final session of GenomeTraveler Installation process, the license request procedure is removed from the GT Installer.
Until the new automatic request process is implemented, please request your regular or trial license request with the following process.
Please send the file named "user.properties" that is generated in the following directory or folder.
In case of Mac: Under /Applications/gtraveler/bin
In case of Windows: Under c:\Program Files\isb\gtraveler\bin
