Fragment Table Area: Displays the list table of the DNA fragments that make up the PlasmidMap.
Restriction Enzyme Table Area: Displays the list table of restriction enzyme information to be added to the primer being designed.
PlasmidMap Drawing Area: Draws the linear and circular PlasmidMap.
Base Sequence Lane and Primer Design Area: Displays, as a double strand, the base sequence of the portion currently selected on the provisionally joined PlasmidMap. This base sequence is used to design the various primers needed for DNA Fragment Assembly.
