The category setting tab pane mainly classifies annotation stages and assigns a fill color to the feature by step.

This makes it possible to narrow down features that have not been annotated.

When auto annotation or batch homology search is executed, features with the selected category are excluded from execution targets.

Batch Homology Search section: If automatic annotation is performed by executing automatic (batch) homology search, exclude features with categories checked in the category list.

When Batch Homology Search ... Checkbox: Features with checked categories will be excluded from batch homology search targets.

Name text field: You can edit it freely.

Color color box: Specify the fill color for features with category.
