IMC i02G1 Iterate Primer Design Until All the Targets are Designed
In batch PCR primer design, primer design is iterated on specified features which could not design a primer.
Operation
Execute from the state where Primer Design List dialog is displayed.
Click "Select 0 Count".
Features that could not design the primer will be checked.
Click "Iterate Design ...".
The "Batch PCR Primer Design" dialog is displayed.
Click "Show Parameter ...".
The parameter setting area is expanded and displayed.
Here, make the design condition a little looser than the previous condition.
Click "Start Design ..".
A redesign is started and a progress message is displayed during execution.
When completed, the result designed in the Primer Design List dialog is displayed.
