GT の Configuration Setting ダイアログの タブペイン の1つで、GT 実行中に生成される各種ファイルの保存先を指定します。
Temporary Working Directory: Specify a directory to store temporary files generated during GT execution.
CSV File Save Directory: Specify the directory to save the CSV format file output from GT.
PNG File Save Directory: Specify the directory to save the PNG formatted file output from GT.
PDF File Save Directory: Specify the directory to save the PDF format file output from GT.
Alignment Viewer Save Directory: Specify the save directory of the file output by Alignment Viewer.
Profile Viewer Save Diretory: Specify the directory to save the file output by Profile Viewer.
"Apply": Applies the entered parameters.
"Close": Closes the dialog without applying the parameters you entered.
