IMC W725 Search Option Tab Pane

In the Search Option tab pane, it is possible to change the range of the sequence to be extracted from the search results and to add and display the Qualifier column to the search result list.

Sequence Extraction Range Setting section

Number of Upstream Bases text field: Enter an integer value. If this value is negative, the base sequence is extracted by the specified number of bases upstream from the first base of the searched feature. If this value is positive, base sequences are extracted by descending the specified number of bases downstream from the first base of the searched feature.

Number of Downstream Bases text field: Enter an integer value. If this value is negative, the base sequence is extracted by the specified number of bases upstream from the last base of the searched feature. If this value is positive, extract the base sequence from the last base of the searched feature down a specified number of bases downstream.

These settings are useful for extracting sequences including promoter and terminator regions.

Add Qualifier to Feature Key Search Results Section

It adds the checked Qualifier column to the feature key search result screen and outputs it.

Select All button: Click to check all Qualifiers.
