Genome Comparison Multiple Linear Genome Map IMC F04B Change Scale and Scroll Parameters of Linear Genome MapIMC F04B Change Scale and Scroll Parameters of Linear Genome Map
From the menu, click "Settings" -> "Feature Setting .."
The Feature Setting dialog will be displayed.
To change the scale of the scale, select from Auto and Custom, Auto will automatically set the scale interval, Custom will specify the scale interval in bp.
Check the Show Grid Line if you want to grab the scale grid lines.
To change the shift width of one scroll, change Map Scale Parameter.
You can change the left and right scroll width independently.
That is, when moving to the downstream side, you can set it early, such as scrolling late when returning to the upstream side.
Set the width to be shifted with one click.
Set the unit as a percentage of the screen width.
Choose from the entire screen width, one half and one quarter of the screen width.
