IMC W711 Expand Tab Pane Description
In this tab pane, you can make settings to perform phylogenetic tree expansion of Multiple GenBank format file.
(Currently, it does not correspond to the format where the header and the feature region are separated from the base sequence region)
Filename Setting section
Filename Type LOCUS toggle radio button: When checked, each file name to be expanded uses the LOCUS name.
Filename Type DEFINITION Toggle radio button: When checked, each file name to be expanded uses DEFINITIION.
Max Filename Length text field: Specify the maximum number of characters in the file name. Since there are some characters in LOCUS etc., this setting suppresses the generation of filenames that are too long.
Directories Section
Expand File Directory text field: Enter the full path of the directory where multiple format files to be expanded are saved.
Expand File Directory Ref ... button: Launches a dialog for selecting the directory where multiple format files to be expanded are saved.
Expand Directory text field: Enter the full path of the destination directory.
Expand Directory Ref ... button: Launches the dialog for selecting the directory to expand.
