in silico Assembler is de novo Assembler.

It is mainly used for assembly of reads from capillary sequencer.

When using for the first time, you can download the test data from the capillary sequencer and install it.

Operation

1. Select Tools -> in silico Assembler from the menu.

3. Asked if you want to install the sample data.
4. 
5. To download / install, click "Yes".
6. The sample data is downloaded and installed.
7. When installation of sample data is completed, a completion message is displayed and the installed directory is displayed.
8. 
9. The test data was installed correctly.
10. Click OK.
11. The installation completion message is closed.
