The annotation window provides an operation for annotating the current genome sequence.
We also provide "general genome analysis software" operations for users who are accustomed to the operation of another general genome analysis software and are not familiar with IMC operation.
There are two types of annotation windows, one type is "Descriptions pane, no homology search results pane" type.
Another type is "Descriptions pane, with homology search results pane" type.

There are multiple starting methods in the annotation window.
Click Window -> Annotation Window ... from the menu.

Click the "Annotation Window" button of Toolbox.

Right click the mouse on the selection area of the feature lane of the main feature map and click "Annotation Window" from the displayed menu.
