In the Screening tab pane, when outputting the current genome sequence to a file, make settings to remove features with the specified Feature Key and the specified Qualifier.

Check Feature (s) to be Excluded from the Output File. Section:

In this section, all Feature Keys are listed, and features with checked Feature Keys are removed from the file upon file output.

Select All button: Click to check all Feature Keys.

Reverse Selected button: When clicked, checked Feature Key is unchecked and checked is checked for Feature Key which is not checked.

Select IMC Feature Keys button: All IMC's unique Feature Key is checked.

Check Qualifier (s) to be Excluded from the Output File section:

In this section, all the Qualifiers are listed, and the Qualifiers checked are removed from the file during file output.

Select All button: Click to check all Qualifiers.

Reverse Selected button: When clicked, the checked qualifiers are unchecked and checked for unqualified Qualifiers.

Select IMC Qualifiers button: All IMC's unique Qualifier is checked.

For file output operation, use File -> Save as ... from the menu.

Click Save as ... to display the Save File Execution dialog box.

Check the check box in the Option section and click the Save button to save the feature with the specified Feature Key and the file from which the Qualifier has been removed.
