When saving or exporting, you can remove the feature with the specified feature key and the specified Qualifier.
When saving, the setting of Feature Key and Qualifier to be removed is done in "IMC W709 Screening" setting dialog.
When exporting, set the Feature Key and Qualifier to be removed in each execution parameter setting dialog.
The output (save, export) function for actually executing removal is as follows.
- Menu File -> Save as ...
- Menu File -> Other Saving ... -> Save as a Pure GenBank / EMBL File ...
- Menu File -> Other Saving ... -> Save in a Multiple Format File ...
You can also execute the same processing as Save menu from Toolbox.
- Menu Export -> Export Feature (CSV) ...
- Menu Export -> Export Feature & Sequence (DDBJ)
- Menu Export -> Export Feature (BED)
You can also execute the same processing as above from Toolbox.
