IMC i02P4 Introduce Mutation on PCR Primer
Edit the primer where you want to insert the mutation.
Operation
- Click the “Primer Registration” button.
- The “Primer List” Window is displayed.
- Add a check to the primer you want to edit and click the "Edit" button.
- The “Primer Registration” Dialog will be displayed.
- Enter the base directly in any position in the “Primer Sequence” in lowercase and click the “Save” button.
- The edited primer is saved.
