IMC F12B3 Annotation Window Operations - Ruler Settings
Up: Toggle with the Side button immediately below, and when Up is on, the scale at the base sequence position is displayed above the array.
Side: It is a toggle with the Up button located immediately above, and when you turn Side on, the scale at the base sequence position is displayed at the left end of each line.
Abs: It is a toggle with the Rel button immediately below, and when Abs is turned on, the base sequence scale is displayed in the absolute base position of the current genome sequence.
Rel: Toggle with the Abs button immediately above. When Rel is turned on, the base sequence scale now shows that the leftmost base of the indicated base is 1.
