How to draw a CDS Feature with the color specified in the Classification code for the Feature on Circular Lane
Operation
- Set the value of /classicaiton = for the feature to be drawn in advance.
- See here for how to set a value for /classification = for all CDSs on the genome.
- Select the Circular Lane to draw.
- Click Edit.
- Set the color of the color box to white (255,255,255).
- Click CL Color.
- Click Set.
