GT W806 External Server Tab Pane
In the External Server Tab Pane, configure the software installed on the external server - so that it can be launched from GT.
Host Name input field: Enter the host name or IP address of the external server.
User input field: Enter the login user name to the external server.
Password input field: Enter the login password to the external server.
Timeout (sec) Input field: If the response from the external server is longer than the time specified, timeout is assumed.
"Connection Test ..." execute button: Test connection to external server and automatically set references to installed software.
poretools input field: Specify the nanotools executable file for Nanopore.
canu input field: Specify the executable file of assembler canu for Nanopore.
Minap2 input field: Specify the executable file of software for minimap2.
miniasm input field: Specify the executable file of assembler miniasm for Nanopore.
racon input field: Specify the executable file of software racon for Nanopore.
Working Directory: Specify the directory where temporary files are saved.
"Apply": Applies the entered parameters.
"Close": Closes the dialog without applying the parameters entered.
