IMC E03B Register Nucleic Acid or Amino Acid Sequence Pattern
Register the pattern of base sequence and amino acid sequence.
Operation
Click "Search -> Edit Sequence Pattern ..." from the menu.
The "Registered Pattern List" dialog is displayed.
Click "Add".
The "Edit Sequence Pattern" dialog is displayed.
In the "Name" field, enter the name to be added to the pattern to be registered.
In the "Pattern" field, enter the necleic acid sequence (upper case letters) or amino acid sequence (upper case letters) as regular expressions.
It is also possible to paste by pasting "Ctrl - V" to the sequence that was previously copied to the clipboard.
Click the "Save" button.
The registered sequence pattern is added to the last line of the pattern list.
