Currently saved in the main feature map, save the current genome sequence being edited as a different name.

Operation

1. Display the genome sequence to be saved as the current sequence on the main feature map.
2. From the menu click File -> Save as ....

4. The Save File Setting dialog is displayed.

6. Enter the new file name directly in the File Name text field, or click Ref ... to open the file selection dialog and specify the name of the file to save there.
7.  Check one or both of the two checkboxes in the Option section.

9. When the Screen Feature (s) check box is checked, features belonging to the specified Feature Key will be removed.
10. If the Screen Qualifier (s) check box is checked, the specified Qualifier will be removed.
11. Please refer to "C15 Removing Feature and Qualifier" for the setting of Feature Key and Qualifier to be removed.
12. Click the Save button.
13. File output will be executed.
14. A progress message is displayed during execution.

16. When the output is completed, the newly created sequence file is automatically loaded as the main current sequence and displayed in the main feature map.
