IMC I03C Amplify Multiple Template DNA Sequences
| | |
Print | Hits: 90
Function
- Perform PCR using multiple pairs of primer sets for multiple template DNA fragment sequences, simultaneously generate multiple PCR products, and save PCR product sequence files separately.
Data, software to use
- Multiple template DNA fragment sequence files (supported formats: DDBJ, EMBL, GenBank, FastA)
- Multiple pairs of PCR Primer sets
IMC Edition:
- IMCGE, IMCPE
Overview of operation
- Launch any edition of IMC.
- Click the PCR for Multiple Templates button.
- Select all template DNA fragment sequence files to be PCR-targeted.
- Select multiple PCR Primer sets.
- Specify the maximum PCR product length allowed.
- Click the Reaction button.
- A list of PCR products will be displayed.
- If necessary, save as an annotated sequence file.
