IMC B2H6 Show Stop Codon Absent Region on Sequence Lane
- You can display an area (stop codon absent area) where stop codon does not exist consecutively for the specified base length on the frame display area of the main feature map sequence lane.
- This function is similar to displaying a frame lane.

Operation
- From the operation menu, choose Settings -> Feature Setting.
- The Feature Setting dialog will be displayed.
- Click the "Sequence Lane" tab.
- The Sequence Lane tab pane appears.

- Codon Setting -> Show Area That Stop Codon Is Not Found Check the check box and enter the base length (multiples of 3) as a positive integer in the input field.

- Click "Apply".
- The stop codon absent area is displayed in the frame display area.

Change the display color of the stop codon absence area.
- Codon Setting -> Show Area That Stop Codon Is Not Found Within Specified Bases Click the color box. In case
- The color palette is displayed.

- Select the color you want to change from the palette.

- Click "OK".
- The color of the color box changes to the selected color.

- Click "Apply".
- The display color of the stop codon absence area changes.

- This display color setting also applies to the display color of the frame lane.
