Register the restriction enzyme recognition site as a new feature in the current genome sequence.

Operation

1. Load the target genomic base sequence into the main current directory.
2. The array loaded in the main feature map is displayed.
3. Click "Cloning -> Restriction Enzyme -> RE Registration & Editing" from the menu.

5. The "Enzyme Selection" dialog is displayed.
6. Select restriction enzymes to register (multiple designation possible).

8. Click "Show Recognition Site ...".
9. The Recognition Site dialog is displayed.

11. The list of selected restriction enzymes and the number of restriction sites are displayed in the left pane.
12. If the number of restriction sites is zero, it will not be displayed in the list.
13. Check the restriction enzyme in the left pane.

15. A list of restriction enzyme recognition sites is displayed in the right pane.
16. Click "Select All".
17. All restriction sites are checked. Alternatively, check the recognition area to register as a feature.

19. Click "Insert New Feature".
20. The "Insert New Feature?" Confirmation message will be displayed.

22. Click "Yes (Y)".
23. Processing is executed, "Completed !!" message is displayed when it is completed.

25. The restriction enzyme recognition site is registered in the current DNA sequence and displayed in the main feature map.
