IMC S411 Execute OGAB Fragmentation Designer
To rebuild the designed gene cluster, fragment the cluster optimally.
After each fragment is chemically synthesized, each fragment is reconstituted by OGAB method to prepare a long chain DNA cluster.

IMC B2DA Operations Performed from Selected Area of Feature Lane
- By dragging the mouse on the feature lane of the main feature map you can select that area.
- The following functions can be executed by right-clicking the mouse on the selected area.
- Zoom IN the Selected Area: Zoom in the selected area to the entire screen
- Set Feature Lane: Set feature lane
- PCR Primer Design: Perform PCR primer design to amplify the selected region
- Search Optimal Primers: Search registered primers that can amplify selected regions
- Design Homology Arm: Design a homology arm with a selected region as a homologous recombination region
- Replace Codon: Codon substitution of the designated restriction enzyme recognition site in the selected region, eliminating the restriction enzyme recognition site
- Save as a (New) Feature: Registers the selected area as a new feature

IMC B2DA31 Blast Search by CDS of Selected Area on Feature Lane
Perform a homology search using Blast with the CDS feature included in the selected area of the feature lane of the main feature map as the query sequence.
Homology search results are recorded in the Qualifier of each feature.
These qualifiers can be displayed the features' shapes, colors, labels, etc accordingly.

About Dongle Trouble under Java 10 Environment
I will inform those who are using IMC, GT with a floating license (dongle version).
If you upgrade the version of Jave to Jave 10, you can not use the dongle (Sentinel Hardware key).
We are currently considering countermeasures, but please use Java 8 as far as possible.
