IMC B2K3: Change the Base Length between Displayed Stop Codons
From the menu, click the Settings -> Sequence Lane tab.
The Sequence Lane tab pane appears.
Codon Setting group Show Area that Stop Codon is not Found within specified bases xxx Change the numeric value of bp xx to another numeric value of multiples of 3 and click the color box to change the color Then click Apply.
