IMC B2K3: Change the Base Length between Displayed Stop Codons
- From the menu, click the Settings -> Sequence Lane tab.
- The Sequence Lane tab pane appears.
- The Sequence Lane tab pane appears.
- Codon Setting group Show Area that Stop Codon is not Found within specified bases xxx Change the numeric value of bp xx to another numeric value of multiples of 3 and click the color box to change the color Then click Apply.
